He has also held senior positions with Pepsi, Intercon, Ernst & Young and Burger King. He has a pointless honours degree in Biochemistry and is a Visiting Professor at the highly respected Emirates Academy

Chief Medicine Man

'Shippers' has over 20 years experience in designing restaurant and bars. A rare designer who can combine vision and inspiration with practical, commercial reality. He has a BA in Architecture & Design and is a Visiting Professor at the Emirates Academy. His successes include Havana, Salsa and Nico Central.

A creative, hairless mathematician and deep thinker who has delivered unique analytical tools to the TRIBE. Experienced in project management and mapping concepts to different tribes, he can galvanize any project into action!

An engineering management graduate from the world renowned Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay, Ryan has been instrumental in setting up our operations and coordinating design deliverables. He is fully responsible for client interaction and design execution out of the UAE offices.

Operations development expert with experience in Europe and Hilton in the US. Key member of our Formula 1 team. Honours graduate from Bournemouth University.

Purvez heads TRIBE Kitchens & Laundries and specializes in facility planning for entire back of house, food production and in house laundries on large projects. Purvez is a third-generation hotelier and a professional member of FCSI with several years of hands-on operating experience with high-profile 5-star hotels. He has been involved in professional hotel consultancy services since 1995.

A hugely talented interior designer with international experience and an eye for innovation. An honours graduate (1st) in Architecture & Design from the Univ. of Nottingham, Simon can find magic in any space.

Multi-faceted gem with a flair for art, interior and uniform design. Fancy masters degree in costume designing and painting, Marija also adds an eastern European edge to the team.
